Acceptable use policy

HELAÜLOOM may not be used to:

• Store or transmit unlawful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' vaults
• Automate abuse, scraping, or credential stuffing
• Impersonate nominees, beneficiaries, or HELAÜLOOM staff
• Post hateful, threatening, harassing or hurtful words on any page, or mock the dead or the grieving
• Post spam, advertising, or nonsense on remembrance pages, biographies or family trees
• Make a page for someone living, or for someone you did not know

Zero tolerance for hate. Everything people leave on a page is checked before it appears. Hateful or threatening words are refused and never published. Three refusals within a year bar the sender from posting anywhere on HELAÜLOOM, and members who post hate are suspended. The grey area waits for the family or our team; anything not approved within 14 days is declined.
