Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel any paid subscription at any time from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. No dark patterns, cancellation is one click after sign-in.

Changed your mind? Your first payment on a monthly plan or add-on is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, from Settings, Refunds. It is refunded at once and the plan stops; your remembrance pages stay, written, for free. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple.

Monthly plans. Cancel before renewal and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Perpetual plan and Forever page. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed individually. Ask from Settings, Refunds, or write to support@helauloom.com.

Printed books and physical keepsakes are made for you, so they cannot be refunded once made, unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

Itemized receipts are emailed for every charge via Stripe.
