Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel any paid subscription at any time from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. No dark patterns, cancellation is one click after sign-in.

Monthly plans. Cancel before renewal and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Perpetual plan. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed individually. Contact support@helauloom.com.

Itemized receipts are emailed for every charge via Stripe.
