Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can see, export, correct and delete your information from Settings, or by writing to privacy@helauloom.com. We answer within 45 days.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you. There is nothing to opt out of; if that ever changed, you would be asked first.

California (CCPA and CPRA), and Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws: you have the right to know what we hold, to delete it, to correct it, to take a copy, and not to be treated differently for asking. An authorised agent may ask for you with your written permission.

Health information. Wellness check-ins use only the alerts you choose to share from your own device. We never sell it, and under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws you can withdraw consent and have it deleted at any time.

Sensitive information is used only to provide what you asked for.
