How we use AI

HELAÜLOOM uses artificial intelligence quietly, for a few jobs, and never to sell or profile you.

Keeping pages kind. What people leave on a page is checked automatically for hate, threats and abuse before it appears.

Help. Our help assistant answers from our own help articles and can do a few safe things for you, like resending a link. Anything about money or deleting an account follows fixed rules or comes to a person.

Writing and connections. Some features help you write, or suggest people someone may have known. Suggestions are only ever shown to the families involved.

Our suppliers process what is needed for each request and are not allowed to train their models on your content. They are listed in our subprocessors.

AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters. We never use AI to make anyone, living or dead, appear to say or do what they did not.
