HELAÜLOOM hosts what people post; we do not write it. When something should not be here, tell us and we will act.

Anything harmful. Every page and every memory has a way to report it. Enough reports hide a memory at once while it is looked at. Hate and threats are refused before they are ever published.

Copyright (DMCA). If you own the copyright in something posted here, send our designated agent: your name and contact details; the work you own; the address of the page where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature. Send to legal@helauloom.com with “DMCA” in the subject.

Counter notice. If your content was removed by mistake, reply with your contact details, what was removed and where, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the claimant files suit.

Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Every notice is logged, with what we did and when, and counted in our transparency report.
