Guardian of every vault
You are the guardian of every vault on the platform. HELAÜLOOM holds the most sensitive, most consequential data a person can entrust to a product. Your job is to make sure it stays that way, and that the systems designed to protect users from coercion, fraud, and abuse work exactly as designed.

Role 01
Your in-house attorney
The role
You are the legal backbone of HELAÜLOOM and a living part of the product. Your work is not confined to protecting the company, it shapes what the product can do, who it can serve, and how families experience the law at the most vulnerable moment of their lives.
You will own every legal dimension of HELAÜLOOM, from document templates to jurisdictional compliance, from notarisation partnerships to the legal framework that governs how vaults unlock. You will be the in-house attorney families can trust when the questions get hard.
This is not a traditional in-house counsel role. It is a mission-critical position at the intersection of estate law, technology, and human grief.

HELAÜLOOM was built because of what happens when there is no plan. You are the person who makes sure the plan works legally, for every family, in every jurisdiction, at the worst moment of their lives. This is not a background role. It is the role that gives the product its integrity.
Role 02
The human heart of HELAÜLOOM
The role
You are the human heart of HELAÜLOOM. When the product needs a person, not a feature, not a notification, not a checklist, that person is you.
You guide users through building their vault. You sit with the elderly woman who needs help recording a voice note for her grandchildren. You walk the recently diagnosed man through documenting everything his family will need. You hold space for the widow who is using HELAÜLOOM for the first time three weeks after her husband passed.
You are warm, patient, and deeply skilled at human connection in moments of vulnerability. You understand grief not as a clinical concept but as something you have been close to. You do not fix people. You walk alongside them.
This role exists because some of the most important things HELAÜLOOM does cannot be done by software.

A note on this role
Most technology companies do not have a role like this. HELAÜLOOM is not most technology companies. Role 03
Guardian of every vault
The role
You are the guardian of every vault on the platform. HELAÜLOOM holds the most sensitive, most consequential data a person can entrust to a product. Your job is to make sure it stays that way, and that the systems designed to protect users from coercion, fraud, and abuse work exactly as designed.
This is not a standard content moderation role. The threats HELAÜLOOM faces are specific, targeted, and high-stakes. A fraudulent unlock attempt. A controlling family member trying to pressure an owner. A distress PIN triggered in silence. A dispute over who should have access to a loved one's vault.
You investigate these situations with care, speed, and judgment. You make hard calls. You protect people who may not be able to protect themselves.

A note on this role
Every product that holds sensitive data needs someone whose entire job is protecting it. At HELAÜLOOM that responsibility is amplified by what the data contains and who is trying to access it. The Trust & Safety Lead is the reason users can trust the platform with the most important information of their lives. If you have spent your career catching the people who exploit vulnerability and you want to apply that instinct to protecting families at their most exposed, this is your role.
