After someone dies

Their vault opens only through the people they chose: two of their nominees confirm, and a 72-hour grace period follows, during which the owner signing in cancels it.

Their remembrance page is looked after by the people they trusted, and by family who join. When a keeper dies, the page passes to the closest of the family who have joined it, so it is never left alone.

Families can ask us to hand a page to them, correct it, take it down, or delete it. Write to legal@helauloom.com with how you are related.

Their likeness is protected by our likeness and consent policy, after death as in life.
