Subprocessors

HELAÜLOOM uses the following processors to operate the service. We never sell your data.

• Stripe, payment processing (PCI DSS). Card data never touches our servers.
• Resend, transactional email delivery.
• Inngest, durable scheduled jobs (time capsule delivery).
• Hosting provider, application and database (Hetzner / Vercel per environment).

Data Processing Agreements are executed with each processor. Updated within 30 days of any change.
