HELAÜLOOM uses the following companies to operate the service. Each processes personal data only for the purpose listed. We never sell your data.

• Hostinger, hosting for the application and its database.
• Stripe, payments, and identity verification for nominees and owners.
• Resend, delivery of account and service emails.
• Inngest, scheduled jobs, including time capsule delivery.
• Sentry, error monitoring. Vault content is never sent.
• FingerprintJS, device signals used to prevent fraud and abuse, at signup.
• Expo, push notifications to the phone app, if you allow notifications.
• Apple and Google, purchases made in the phone app, if you buy in the app.
• OpenAI, voice-note transcription and writing assistance, only when you use those features.
• Calendly, scheduling notarisation and concierge sessions, when you book one.
• Printful, making and shipping physical Heirloom items, when you order one.
