Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, starting from the day you buy.

HELAÜLOOM© is digital content and a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase, your vault opens as soon as checkout completes. Under EU and UK consumer law, this immediate delivery right can only be provided if you expressly ask for it and acknowledge that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

We ask for this explicitly. At checkout you must check a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you are waiving the 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase. We record this choice, it is not assumed, pre-checked, or implied. If you do not check the box, we do not start your subscription.
